Description

A delicious and easy recipe for cinnamon breakfast squares that can be enjoyed warm or frozen for later.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • ¼ cup butter (melted)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups flour (all-purpose or whole wheat will work)
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉. Spray a 9×13″ baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the milk, butter, and eggs.
  3. Mix in the remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour batter into the baking pan.
  5. Cook for 25-30 minutes, remove from oven.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes, then cut into squares and serve.
  7. (If freezing, follow directions above recipe.)
