Description

Delicious strawberries stuffed with a creamy filling, perfect for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 large strawberries or 20 medium
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips
  • Crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Cut the leaves off the top of the strawberry, slice a little piece off the bottom so it will sit on its own.
  2. Using a melon baller scoop or measuring spoon, scoop out the center of the strawberries and set on a platter.
  3. In a large mixing bowl add the softened cream cheese and using a hand mixer mix until creamy.
  4. Add in the heavy cream and mix.
  5. Add in the sugar and vanilla and mix until combined.
  6. Using a piping bag, freezer baggie or just a spoon fill the strawberries.
  7. Sprinkle with shaved chocolate and crushed graham crackers.

Notes

  • Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
  • You can use any type of chocolate for topping.
