- 4 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
- 0 cup powdered keto sweetener
- 0 cup almond flour
- 0 cup freeze-dried strawberries (crushed)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Beat softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy.
- Add powdered sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
- Fold in almond flour and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
- Scoop mixture and roll into balls.
- Place on parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until firm.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less keto sweetener.
- For a different flavor, try substituting the strawberries with another freeze-dried fruit.
