Ingredients

- 4 cups water or milk (for creaminess)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Rinse millet under cold water until clear to remove bitterness.
- In a saucepan, combine rinsed millet with water or milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to low and cover for 20 minutes until creamy.
- Stir in maple syrup or honey and a pinch of salt.
- Add cinnamon and fold in fresh berries gently.
- Serve warm, topped with additional berries if desired.
