Description

Delicious blondies filled with Cadbury Mini Eggs, perfect for any sweet tooth!


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ Cup Butter (melted and cooled to room temp)
  • ¾ Cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg (large)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • ¾ teaspoon Almond Extract
  • 1 ½ Cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ¾ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Cup Cadbury Mini Eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350℉. Spray an 8×8 baking pan with nonstick spray to help hold the parchment in place. Line the pan with parchment paper and press into the edges.
  2. Cream together melted butter, brown sugar, and sugar for about 3 minutes or until light and fluffy.
  3. Add egg, vanilla and almond extract and mix until combined.
  4. Fold in flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Fold in the Cadbury Eggs and press into the pan.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, do not over bake! They will set up more out of the oven.
  7. Cool completely then cut into squares.

Notes

  • Let the blondies cool completely before cutting for clean squares.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
