Description
This delicious fruit cookie pizza is made with a sweet sugar cookie base topped with a creamy frosting and fresh fruit.

- 1 pound prepared sugar cookie dough
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ¼ cup unsalted butter (softened at room temperature)
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 pounds sliced fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mango, mandarin oranges, and/or raspberries)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Roll the cookie dough out into a ½-inch thick circle on a piece of parchment paper.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 12-16 minutes, or until firm to the touch and lightly golden brown around the edges.
- Remove the crust from the oven and allow to cool fully.
- Meanwhile make the cream cheese frosting by adding the cream cheese, butter, honey, and vanilla to a bowl. Beat until smooth with an electric mixer.
- Spread the frosting over the cookie base.
- Arrange sliced fruit on top of the frosting as desired.
- Slice and serve.
Notes
- This dessert is best served fresh, but can be stored in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- You can customize the fruit toppings based on seasonal availability or personal preference.
