Description

This delicious fruit cookie pizza is made with a sweet sugar cookie base topped with a creamy frosting and fresh fruit.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound prepared sugar cookie dough
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (softened at room temperature)
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 pounds sliced fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mango, mandarin oranges, and/or raspberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Roll the cookie dough out into a ½-inch thick circle on a piece of parchment paper.
  3. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 12-16 minutes, or until firm to the touch and lightly golden brown around the edges.
  4. Remove the crust from the oven and allow to cool fully.
  5. Meanwhile make the cream cheese frosting by adding the cream cheese, butter, honey, and vanilla to a bowl. Beat until smooth with an electric mixer.
  6. Spread the frosting over the cookie base.
  7. Arrange sliced fruit on top of the frosting as desired.
  8. Slice and serve.

Notes

  • This dessert is best served fresh, but can be stored in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  • You can customize the fruit toppings based on seasonal availability or personal preference.
