Description

A beautiful charcuterie wreath, perfect for gatherings and festive occasions.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz salami (that you can fold into quarters)
  • 16 oz sliced prosciutto (bunched up to make a flower)
  • 10 oz Jack cheese sticks cut into cubes
  • 10 oz cheddar cheese sticks cut into cubes
  • 10 oz Colby Jack cheese sticks cut into cubes
  • ¼ cup Black olives
  • ¼ cup Green olives
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bunch Fresh rosemary (a LOT)

Instructions

  1. Start with a 20 inch round board.
  2. Cut the cheese ahead, drain the olives, prepare the meat, and cut the fresh rosemary (if you need to).
  3. Divide all ingredients in half.
  4. Assemble board as pictured, placing each ingredient across from the same ingredient.
  5. Start with meat, then cheese to make flowers with the prosciutto.
  6. Place rosemary springs, olives, and cherry tomatoes on last.
  7. Then repeat to make a whole wreath.
