A refreshing lemonade made with fresh lemons and lemon juice.
Ingredients

- 10 lemons
- 770 mL concentrated lemon juice
- 1–2 cups sugar
- 1–2 cups water
Instructions
- Wash the lemons and peel off the yellow zest using a vegetable peeler, avoiding the white pith.
- Place the lemon peels in glass jars and cover them with lemon juice. Seal tightly and let cool.
- Strain the infused lemon liquid into a bowl using a mesh strainer to remove peels.
- Mix in the simple syrup, adjusting sweetness to taste.
- Serve chilled or store in sealed bottles for future enjoyment.
