Ingredients

  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 soft sandwich buns
  • ½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 2 cups lettuce leaves
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
