Description

Ingredients

  • 6 cups diced red potatoes
  • 1 large white onion (cut in chunks)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups thinly sliced prime rib
  • 1/3 cup beef broth
  • 12 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Add in the prime rib.
  3. Whisk the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce together, then sprinkle over the skillet.
  4. Fry 1-2 minutes, until the prime rib is heated.
