- 1 large white onion (cut in chunks)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups thinly sliced prime rib
- 1/3 cup beef broth
- 1–2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, fry the potatoes and onions in the olive oil until the potatoes and onions are cooked.
- Add in the prime rib.
- Whisk the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce together, then sprinkle over the skillet.
- Fry 1-2 minutes, until the prime rib is heated.
- Serve as-is or with poached eggs on top.
