Description

A refreshing frozen yogurt made with nonfat yogurt, mango, and strawberries.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 16 ounces frozen mango chunks
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on your counter for an organized cooking experience.
  2. In a blender, combine 1 ½ cups of plain nonfat yogurt, frozen mango chunks, lime juice, and 2 tablespoons of honey. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Once the mixture is smooth, add 1 cup of plain nonfat yogurt to enhance creaminess. Blend again until fully integrated.
  4. Gently fold in the 2 cups of frozen strawberries.
  5. Taste the mixture, adding the additional 1 tablespoon of honey if you need more sweetness. Blend briefly to incorporate.
  6. Pour the yogurt mixture into an airtight container, smoothing the top with a spatula. Cover with a lid and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  7. Once frozen, let the yogurt sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes for easier scooping. Serve immediately.
