Description

Delicious steak and cheese pizza breadsticks baked to perfection, ideal for dipping in your favorite sauce!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 8 oz thinly sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin)
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Optional: sliced mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook steak, onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms (if using) until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Let cool slightly.
  3. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle. Sprinkle half the cheese down the center. Top with cooked steak and vegetables, then sprinkle remaining cheese.
  4. Fold dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal. Cut into individual breadsticks or leave as one loaf.
  5. Place on prepared baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder on top.
  6. Bake 15–20 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Slice and serve warm with marinara or ranch dipping sauce.

Notes
