Delicious steak and cheese pizza breadsticks baked to perfection, ideal for dipping in your favorite sauce!
Ingredients

- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 8 oz thinly sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin)
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Optional: sliced mushrooms
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook steak, onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms (if using) until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Let cool slightly.
- Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle. Sprinkle half the cheese down the center. Top with cooked steak and vegetables, then sprinkle remaining cheese.
- Fold dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal. Cut into individual breadsticks or leave as one loaf.
- Place on prepared baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder on top.
- Bake 15–20 minutes, until golden brown.
- Slice and serve warm with marinara or ranch dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add your favorite seasonings to the steak and vegetables.
- Serve with a side of dipping sauce for a delicious appetizer or snack.
