Description

Delicious sushi rolls filled with minced tuna, capelin roe, and spicy mayo, wrapped in nori and sushi rice.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz tuna steak (minced)
  • 1/3 cup Capelin roe
  • 2 tbsp spicy mayo
  • 3 cups cooked Sushi Rice
  • 6 nori seaweed sheets (half-sheets)

Instructions

  1. Mix together the raw tuna, capelin roe, and spicy mayo. Set aside.
  2. Place a half-sheet of nori onto a sushi mat. Spread 1/2 cup of seasoned and cooked sushi rice over the nori.
  3. Flip and fill the bottom end with the tuna mixture.
  4. Roll and slice each roll into 6-8 pieces.

Notes

  • Ensure the sushi rice is properly seasoned for the best flavor.
  • Serve with soy sauce and pickled ginger for dipping.
