Description
Delicious sushi rolls filled with minced tuna, capelin roe, and spicy mayo, wrapped in nori and sushi rice.
Ingredients

- 8 oz tuna steak (minced)
- 1/3 cup Capelin roe
- 2 tbsp spicy mayo
- 3 cups cooked Sushi Rice
- 6 nori seaweed sheets (half-sheets)
Instructions
- Mix together the raw tuna, capelin roe, and spicy mayo. Set aside.
- Place a half-sheet of nori onto a sushi mat. Spread 1/2 cup of seasoned and cooked sushi rice over the nori.
- Flip and fill the bottom end with the tuna mixture.
- Roll and slice each roll into 6-8 pieces.
Notes
- Ensure the sushi rice is properly seasoned for the best flavor.
- Serve with soy sauce and pickled ginger for dipping.
