- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gradually mix in the flour, baking powder, and salt until combined, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake the crust for about 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden, then let it cool slightly.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Blend in the eggs, one at a time, until just combined.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the slightly cooled crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow the bars to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least one hour before slicing.
- Lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper, slice into squares, and serve with toppings.
